RETURNS

If you have purchased a Pure Enrichment product or accessory from pureenrichment.com within the last 60 days and would like to return it, simply contact our customer support team to receive a full refund of your purchase price, less shipping and handling costs. Returned items must be in new, unused condition, and shipped back in their original packaging. To return bundle or multi-pack items, the whole bundle or multi-pack must be returned. The customer is responsible for the return shipping fees. Refunds are usually processed within 5 to 7 business days.
