I like that it is a hot or cold pack...
I received mine when I ordered there hating pad as a promo. It is about the size of a dvd case. I like that it is a hot or cold pack and can work on smaller areas. The gel pack is clear and all in all likes like a good quality. I like the soft case and Velcro strap that is attached to the removable soft case.
